Family Readiness Officer is located at 2D LAR BN located on N Street. You may reach the FRO by calling (910) 451-1620 office or (910) 381-0651 cell.



        If you need to contact the FRO after working hours and it is urgent, please call (910) 381-0651 and leave your message. Please state that your call is urgent and you will receive a return call within 24 hours. Non-urgent calls will be returned before 72 hours.

        In addition to having a Family Readiness Officer, we have Deputy Family Readiness Officers that are able to assist you on the company level. Below, just locate the company you wish to contact and dial the number.

        MASS COMMUNICATION TOOL:
        The Mass Communication Tool (MCT) is the official command communication tool. The MCT will disburse messages to your E-mail or phone simultaneously! All companies have been uploaded to the MCT. Messages passed will include the CO's message, battalion events and other MCCS Camp Lejeune events.

        When you receive a message via E-mail or phone, you will be asked to confirm receipt by clicking on the blue link within the email or pressing the appropriate number by phone.

        Please be sure if your Marine or Sailor has listed you on his contact information sheet that the FRO has your correct information or you may be missing out. Please contact the FRO by email or calling to verify your information.
